Out via Garforth, Castleford and a section of the Wheel of Wakefield and then back through Walton, Heath, and Stanley Ferry then along the Aire Valley to the services on the M1. A few options for stops but the Woodland Cafe at the Anglers Country Park is roughly halfway

Ride to Coxwold Village Hall. There is also a cyclists' service although no plan to take part in the service due to time constraints. Sandwiches, cakes and drinks available or take your own. The early start is to allow us to arrive at lunch in time and also have a morning stop at Tancred.
