One-stop ride. Eccup, Kirby Overblow, Spacey Houses, Follifoot, Spofforth, Wetherby, Thorpe Arch (lunch at the Café & Bistro Thorpe Arch trading estate). Return by former rail bridge to Toulston, Clifford, Bramham, Scarcroft.

Route Description:
Out via Creskeld Lane (downhill!) to Pool, cross the Wharfe, then Castley, Kirkby Overblow, to Knaresborough. Return via Little Ribston, Wetherby, Collingham and Scarcroft.
For those hoping to visit the tea room in Spofforth - it is closed until April.
