We are setting off at 9:00am so we make it for the breakfast menu (before 11:30). The route includes a few bridleways passing through Temple Newsham and Rothwell Country Park.
If you want to do any of the trails Peter recommends a good mountain bike. The trails come in grades of difficulty and you should only ride within your capabilites. There will be a discussion about how long we stay at the bike park.
The return route is via St Aidans.
